If you want a three initial monogram, please specify the initials as you want them to be shown on your cover. A three initial monogram would be first name initial, last name initial, middle name initial. (example:  KHE for Karen Elaine Hulshouser)

*NOTE:  I am no longer cutting the edge of the covers in the scallop design.  It now only comes with a straight edge.  I have found the straight edge holds up much better and does not fray.
